My husband and I love yall! So thankful for some great fresh meal preps. I especially loved the pancake breakfast meals from last week! I own my own pilates studio here in Temple (Sculpt + Tone Pilates) and teach early in the mornings so they were so great to eat quickly and have a nice high carb count. PLEASE keep the pancake breakfasts in rotation ❤️ we also enjoyed the Mexican style meal prepa lately. If you are looking for awesome meal preps for a great cost look no further.

I absolutely love MealProz!! The food is always so delicious and so fresh, the menus constantly changing and it doesn’t get boring and the protein cake balls are one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted in my life me and my kids love them. Thanks to Nick signing up for my meal plan was simple, easy affordable and definitely worth it!!

There are so many great things to say about this business! Meal Proz has played a pivotal part in me and my bf’s fitness journey. We were already working out and doing our best to be mindful in what we ate but we had peaked and could not get over that hump. Thats when we gave Meal Proz a try and within 3 weeks I had lost 6 pounds. Not only are the meals delicious and flavorful, you also get a variety of cuisines from different cultures which can be a bit hard in this small town! We tried the body composition scanner which showed us what our best plan would be for our bodies and so far has proven to be accurate! Nothing beats the convenience of having meals readily available and not have to worry about having time to cook. The prices are very affordable and have actually saved us money. I’m getting slimmer while my wallets getting thicker, WIN-WIN!

I’ve been buying Meal Proz meals for about a month and a half now as a “grab and go” customer to try them out, and they are amazing! I’m consistently impressed by the quality, flavor, and portion size! I love that the macros are right there for you and take the guesswork out of it. Meal Proz + lifestyle changes (walking, strength training/lifting weights, calorie deficit) have helped me improve my health! Ms Lisa at the Temple location is also such a gem to see and talk to whenever I stop by.

I’m so glad I found Meal Proz! I am already down 2lbs in a week! The food is also delicious and filling! Plus I am able to stay within my daily calorie goal with these meals! 10/10 recommend!

Meal Proz is a place that will always have my business, not only are they affordable but they are also absolutely delicious, I love the different variety of foods meal proz offers, Not once have I had meal that I didn’t like. What really sets this place different from anywhere else is that these meal are FRESH and NOT FROZEN! Nick is very knowledgeable with helping you pick and choose the right meals for you to attain your goals, It has been 3 weeks since starting a meal plan with Meal Proz and I’ve lost 9 pounds!

I came to Temple for work 2 weeks back to back. The food is delicious and they have a lot of variety options. I travel a lot for work so it feels amazing tasting homemade food. I was able to buy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week. The owner is so friendly and very helpful. 10/10 on the food, best meal prep place I have found. I have been to many different cities for work and I can honestly say this meal prep place is the spot!

Great macros, a lot of diverse options, food is very well flavored. I never thought eating healthy was attainable for me, because I don’t like fish, or turkey, and. I love cheese, and sauces. I also hate eating eating the same thing OVER AND OVER AGAIN. So meal prepping always sucked. I also thought it was too expensive. I was wrong. At $10 a meal that is ready to eat in under 2 minutes, I can have a variety of options even on days where I can’t leave my desk!
